By the time I was in my mid-forties, I had spent 7 years in international sales and 14 years as a consultant, coach and trainer in organisational innovation, creativity and organisational change. The pressure of an intense job working for clients such as Coca Cola, HSBC and Unilever, together with Motherhood, caused me (I now realises with hindsight) to crash into perimenopause.
Completely unable to cope with my life as wife, and Mother to a toddler, or my work as a consultant work, I teetered on the edge of burnout. That's when I went to a homeopath for help. I was so impressed with the results that I left my job and embarked on a 3-year Bachelor of Science in Homeopathic Medicine, graduating in 2012 with First Class Honours.
WHAT I DO NOW - MY SERVICES
Now as a Natural Menopause Expert and practising Homeopath, I help women 40+ feel like themselves again without synthetic hormones. I do this through a variety of programmes:
